Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
The System collects only what is necessary to operate the verification pipeline: (a) the text content you submit, (b) any optional source or attribution you choose to attach, (c) access codes or Gumroad license keys you present, and (d) request metadata (IP address, timestamp, rate-limit counters) that the backend needs to function and prevent abuse.
2. What is public
Every accepted submission, every rejected submission, and the full audit trail of how it was scored is permanently public on the ledger. Do not submit private personal data you would not want on the public record. Once accepted, an entry cannot be deleted.
3. What is private
IP addresses, raw request headers, and rate-limit bookkeeping are kept on the server for operational and abuse-prevention reasons and are not published in the ledger. Gumroad license keys are stored as access codes; the buyer email returned by Gumroad is attached only to the internal access record, not to the public entries paid for by that code.
4. Third parties
The System uses (a) Gumroad to verify license keys at point of activation, (b) Emergent's hosted LLM gateway to run Agent Zero and the Ring of 12, and (c) Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, aggregate visitor stats) when enabled. No personal data is sold to anyone. No tracking cookies are set by this site.
5. Cookies
The System does not set tracking cookies. Functional storage (e.g. saving your last-used press pass) is local to your browser and never transmitted to a third party.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of any non-public operational data tied to your IP or email. You cannot request deletion of an accepted public ledger entry — that is the entire point of an append-only public record. You may submit an amendment that references the entry.
7. Children
The System is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
